Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and strategy
Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions that address business needs
Perform data quality checks, maintain databases, and develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of data analysis experience
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), and statistical analysis
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences
