Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that users love across web and mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journeys to understand target audiences and their needs
Design intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Create and maintain design systems and style guides ensuring consistency across all products and platforms
Collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the development lifecycle while conducting usability testing and iterating based on feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), mobile-first design principles, and design systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
