Find and hire top technical talent for our growing technology staffing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for various positions including developers, engineers, designers, and technical specialists across multiple technology stacks
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes while ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT staffing, software development, or technology companies
Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications
Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
